Kells is an ancient market town, approximately 40 miles north of Dublin and renowned worldwide as the birthplace of the Book of Kells. Almost a thousand years later, we remain a thriving community, with a multitude of things to see and do. We aim to list all events, great or small, happening in our area, within reason. Fairs, fetes, socials .....if you want them listed, they will be - perhaps not the dog's wedding anniversary and similar but more or less anything else.
