Fox Hunting

Meath is excellent hunting country. There are several meets of the Meath hounds in the general area of Kells, including the traditional Boxing Day (December 26th) meet in the town. Visitors who wish to hunt may arrange to do so by phoning the Members' Secretary, Rita Dunn Reeves on + 353 86 8499201. Space is limited. The cost per day for overseas visitors is €150 plus the cost of hiring a horse. Once again Rita Dunn may help, though there can be constraints on this. Riding lessons are available at Kells Equestrian Centre Phone 924 6998
