The Athboy Veterinary Hospital is a busy, versatile and multi-discipline practice which has been serving the Athboy, Trim and Kells areas since 2003. Our companion animal facility has Hospital status and is accredited by the Veterinary Council of Ireland. Hospital status is only granted when a comprehensive level of scientific equipment and resources and trained medical and surgical staff are available on site. This Pet Hospital element co-exists happily alongside our Farm and Equine Clinics. We are a group of three veterinary surgeons, all very experienced, and all with particular specialist skills to offer. Also, we are very fortunate to have loyal, long serving talented staff at nursing and administration levels

Our shop provides a wide range of pet foods, accessories, flea and worm treatments, shampoos, bowls, beds, toys and treats. The nutritional needs of most pets are catered for with a wide range for dogs and cats depending on breed and the particular requirements of individual animals.

Small pets such as rabbits are catered for too, please ask staff for more information.

Leads, collars harnesses and a large range of beds and cushions are also stocked along with novelty items.
